10. Term and Termination
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or Services. You may terminate your use or participation at any time, for any reason, by following account settings instructions or by contacting us at uspharmacy58@gmail.com.
10.2 Right to Deny Access: We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to the Site (including blocking IP addresses) for any reason, including breach of any warranty or applicable law.
If we terminate or suspend your account, we may also delete your profile and any content you posted without warning.
10.3 If your account is terminated or suspended, you are strictly prohibited from registering a new account under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party. We also reserve the right to take legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
11. Mobile Application
11.1 If you access Services via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the app on your wireless devices strictly according to this license.
App Distributor Terms (Apple & Google Play)
11.2 When using an app from the Apple Store or Google Play:
- The license is limited to devices using iOS or Android systems.
- We are responsible for maintenance; App Distributors have no obligation to provide support.
- In case of warranty failure, Distributors may refund the purchase price but have no further obligations.
- You warrant that you are not in a U.S. embargoed country or on a restricted parties list.
- App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries and have the right to enforce these terms against you.
12. General
12.1 Visiting the Site, sending emails, and online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive these and agree that electronic signatures, contracts, and notices satisfy all legal requirements for "in writing" communication.
You hereby waive any rights requiring an original signature or non-electronic records in any jurisdiction.
- 12.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms and any posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and USPHARMACY.
- 12.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not mean we waive that right in the future.

12.9 Only parties to these Terms have rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
